They try to be quick! :) We ship most things first class USPS which takes 3-5 days, If you need it sooner contact us at customerservice@sozobodycare.com and we can see what we can do! :)

We also try to be quick! :) Our goal is to get every order out the door in 1-3 days. We work hard to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated!
- Packaging!
We pack with care! Most of the items we ship will be wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in poly shipping bags. If you do receive an item that is damaged let us know at customerservice@sozobodycare.com We want to make it right!
Returns
- For items damaged in shipping.
For any item that is damaged apon arival we offer to either replace (at no extra cost) or to give a full refund for that item, which ever you may desire. :)
- For items that you may want to return.
For any item that you are unpleased with or have changed your mind about can be returned to the address at the bottom of this page and apon arival you will receive a full refund of the purchase price for that product oyur desire to return.
- For Items lost in shipping.
For any item that is lost in shipping we offer to either give you a full refund of the purchase price or to resend the item apon your request. If your Item has not arrived dont hesitate to contact us at customerservice@sozobodycare.com We want to make it right!
